Kfar Kedem Website Terms and Conditions Policy
This terms and conditions document constitutes a binding agreement between the website user and Kfar Kedem. Any purchase, reservation, or use of the website, including ticket purchases for activities, represents the user's full and conscious agreement to the terms detailed in these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before confirming payment.
These terms are written in masculine form for convenience only but apply equally to all genders.
General Information
- The site visit is suitable for all seasons.
- The site is closed on Saturdays (Shabbat) and Jewish holidays (including Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur eves).
- On Fridays and holiday eves, the site operates until three hours before Shabbat/holiday begins.
- Children under two years old (not inclusive) are exempt from payment.
- It is recommended to arrive at the site entrance 15 minutes before the tour time.
Terms Acceptance
Users must accept these terms before completing payment on the website. Acceptance of these terms is a condition for completing the transaction.
Payment Methods and Credit Card Processing
- Kfar Kedem website complies with all required standards under Israeli law regarding online credit card processing.
- The processing is conducted through secure payment processing services authorized in Israel.
- Data entered on the website is stored and handled in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the terms of use do not include storage of credit card details.
Cancellation Policy, Late Arrivals, and Refunds
- Cancellation up to 7 business days before the activity date: Customer is entitled to a full refund of the payment made.
- Cancellation between 7 business days and 48 hours before the activity date: Customer is entitled to a 50% refund of the payment amount.
- Cancellation 48 hours or less before the activity date: Customer will be charged the full payment amount, and no refund will be issued.
- No refund or compensation will be provided for non-attendance or late arrival to tours for any reason. Participants arriving late may miss part or all of the activity, and site management does not commit to providing make-up sessions or compensation for missed portions.
- It is recommended to arrive at the site entrance 15 minutes before the activity time.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Cancellation Process
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing only to Kfar Kedem's email address, including booking and customer details.
- Cancellation requests not submitted as required will not be processed.
Exceptions and Unforeseen Events
In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events beyond Kfar Kedem's control (such as extreme weather or technical malfunction), Kfar Kedem management may offer the customer an alternative activity date. If the customer does not approve the alternative date, a full refund will be provided.
Terms Updates
Kfar Kedem reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, subject to legal requirements.
Publication Consent
By participating in site activities, the participant agrees and confirms that site management may photograph and publish images and videos in which they appear for promotional and marketing purposes, across various media channels, including social networks, website, and promotional materials. If a participant does not wish their image to be published, they must notify site management upon arrival for the activity.
Miscellaneous
- In any case of legal dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the courts in Nof HaGalil, Israel.
