Thousands of years ago, our ancestors left Egypt.
Kfar Kedem invites you to tell and recreate the story of the Exodus during Passover's intermediate days.
We'll meet at Kfar Kedem (Egypt), wear authentic clothing that recreates what our ancestors wore, and prepare for the journey.
We'll go down to the Shepherds Gate, become our shepherd ancestors, learn how to milk a goat, and make cheese with our own hands.
We'll load sacks onto the donkeys, ride away, and hurry on our journey so the Egyptians... don't catch us.
Our "Exodus" will take us to a nearby grove, where we'll enjoy chocolate-covered matzah and special surprises waiting for us along the way.
During the trip, we'll send a carrier pigeon with a reassuring message to our friends in Egypt.
